uhmm.. sir, i have taken a good look around your works & your students!!, & i was wondering... are you an artist member in a famous studio or company, & which country?!!..... my point is its been my dream to major in animations & comics since i was very young, especially animation, if not then its comics (although i don't know if animation & comics are related!!!).... since then i have been developing character's designs & stories, i even made alot of doodles & mini comics.... i am a self-taught art girl when i was a child but still i need to learn more on drawing character movement & anatomy!! same thing goes to backgrounds layouts ... the thing is i am a 2nd year student at ACAD in Alberta, Canada... i thought that there would be animation classes or studios at the college, but regrettably not. i made alot of research about the universities & colleges in Canada before i immigrate there, but the least i found is ACAD!! up until now i have been studying fine arts, art-history & postmodernism!!!!!!......although i enjoyed the classes because they are new to my cultural experience yet it isn't what i am looking for!!!!! i am not complaining but i have been hold back couple of years because of my English language (yeah,i am immigrant so that makes me an English second language speaker)!!... but atleast if there was an animation college with degree believe me i could have registered without hesitation!!!.....so my question is: i am wondering if i could find an English speaking country that has animation schools after college or during work that accepts Canadian nationality?!!!or more clearly, is there a way to train under your teachings while working with the other staff at the studio?!!!.... the problem is, i need to practice on drawing cartoon characters & my college doesn't afford that!!... furthermore, i have noticed that there are artist on this site that are working for Disney, DC & Marvel Comics & Dreamworks studios!!!.. my hope is to work beside them, gain experience & make my own animation & movies!!!
you in this way, do not answer this type of question, because everyone chooses their path! but I see that you really need help, it makes my humility good words, first you must learn to hear a good professionals, according to have a good Portifólio about 15 pages, third: dedication as a good artist should possess years of knowledge and about 5.000 pages of illustration!! not easy is a long way. College is not a way that an artist! I do not even have college because I spent dedicating myself to the study of good books! Good Luck!
Parabéns pelas belas postagens!
Grande abraço e fica com Deus, brother!
